This collaboration has allowed EVO Banco not only to attract more customers, but also to optimize its deposit contracting processes, making them more accessible and simple for its users. Innovation in digital recruitment: WhatsApp as a Pioneering Channel The collaboration with EVO Banco has made it possible to implement a pioneering solution in the Spanish banking sector: the contracting of deposits through WhatsApp. This new channel, developed by Digitel TS, makes it easier for customers to formalise banking products in just five minutes through a simple and assisted conversation, which includes all the necessary documentation and electronic signature. The WhatsApp hiring process is designed to be intuitive and efficient. Interested customers can start the process in the EVO App or through the telephone service and, if they prefer, continue by WhatsApp at any time. This flexible and accessible approach, developed by Digitel TS, ensures that all steps of the process are centralized and secure, with all legal guarantees and documentary validity.
