The I Meeting “Promoting Stem Talent” by Madison took place on October 18, bringing together almost 200 students from 5 Valladolid VT centers who are studying DAW, DAM and ASIR at the Madison Arena.

This initiative was born with the aim of promoting technological profiles and is framed in a double objective:

• To give a realistic image of what the labour market offers and demands, responding to their doubts and concerns.
• Go one step further and, as far as possible, “inspire” them to continue growing in their training by showing them the versatility that technological studies offer.

In this first call we wanted to create a space in which to share with them the latest trends in:

• Robotization by Whatsapp
• Digitalisation as a cross-cutting tool for diversification and optimisation
• Customer Experience Software
• Generative AI in the enterprise
• Web3: Towards the new Digital Identity
• Trusted Services in the Digital Age
• PKI, Cybersecurity and Cloud Management

The speakers, all of them technicians and from the Madison team, not only wanted to tell them about their day-to-day life in a technology company but also to show themselves as a mirror since not long ago they were the ones who were on the other side of the amphitheater.

To close the meeting we had a networking time to promote closer contact and enjoy a more relaxed dialogue.
